Mia is the Creator of the Tipping Point Methodology
With a twenty year background in psychology, philosophy, work and organization psychology and leadership and management. She has worked with CEO’s, HR-consultants, leadership trainers, advisers, conflict solvers, boardmembers, lecturers and public speakers on a variety of areas in the private and public sectors.
She developed Tipping Point Methodology with her late husband.
Some of the main tools she conveys is how to convert resistance into participation in all processes of change-leadership, reorganization and restructuring, as well as how to get self-motivated managers and employees.
